The e-Crafter has the same sturdy and straightforward interior finish owners of other Volkswagen commercial models will be familiar with. The spacious front cabin is a comfortable place to spend the working day.

The e-Crafter boasts a functional and high-quality dashboard, with clear analogue dials behind the steering wheel and an infotainment screen mounted between the two air vents in the centre of the cabin. 

Equipment, options and accessories

The e-Crafter comes with a range of assistance, convenience and infotainment systems. A parking assistance system incorporates 16 ultrasonic sensors, and there are also front and rear manoeuvring cameras.

Post-collision braking and crosswind assistance systems boost safety, while other standard features include LED headlights, automatic air-conditioning system, seat heating and a heated windscreen, plus comfort seats.

Volkswagen is fitting the e-Crafter with its 'Discover Media' navigation system, including 'App Connect' for integrating smartphone apps, voice control and a mobile-phone interface.
