EV Deal of the Day: smart-looking Nissan Ariya EV for £209 a month

The Nissan Ariya is an impressive, all-electric family SUV with a surprisingly posh interior

Nissan Ariya
  • Refinement
  • High-quality interior
  • Generous equipment

If you’re after a capable all-electric SUV, then the Nissan Ariya is well worth considering. It offers distinctive looks coupled with a genuine quality feel to its minimalist cabin, while the Ariya is good to drive and offers a useful level of practicality. Plenty of standard kit adds to its appeal, while a range of between 247 and 330 miles (depending on which battery version you opt for) should be enough for most needs.

We previously covered the Ariya as a Deal of the Day in August this year. Back then, it was available for £249 per month, which makes this current deal even more tempting. The offer comes from Leasing Options through Carwow, and requires an initial payment of £2,805.11, followed by monthly payments of just £208.76 over two years. There is a 5,000-mile annual restriction, however.

There’s a decent level of standard kit with the mid-range Advance trim, including 19-inch alloys, LED headlights, cruise control, a 360-degree camera, synthetic black leather upholstery, a heating function for the front seats and steering wheel, and dual 12.3-inch screens with Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay built-in. Plus, this model also comes with the Sky Pack, which means you’ll have the benefit of a full-length panoramic sunroof – making the cabin feel much more airy.

Power comes from a 87kWh battery and a single electric motor producing a total of 239bhp. 0-62mph takes a reasonable 7.6 seconds, while Nissan claims you should see an overall range of up to 330 miles from a single charge.

The Nissan Ariya is a very comfortable car, with plenty of practical features that make family life a little easier. The flat floor and sliding centre console provide cross-cabin access for getting kids out, while automatic headlights and wipers, a power tailgate and Intelligent Cruise Control all come as standard. Passengers will also appreciate the dual-zone climate control, rear privacy glass and a rear armrest.

All of our EV Deal of the Day choices are chosen from the providers on our parent site Carwow. Our experts choose the best deals on cars we’re happy to recommend.
