If ever there was a model crying out for an electric version, it was the MINI hatchback. We’ve only driven a pre-production version thus far, but early impressions are promising. Expect a range of around 200 miles and a 0-62mph time of around eight seconds. A sporty John Cooper Works model could also emerge in the future.
