As one of the few roadgoing electric cars to have taken to the Nurburgring in anger, the Nio EP9 has proved its impressive performance against the clock
China’s fastest hypercar is powered by four electric motors with a total of 1,360bhp; 0-62mph takes 2.7 seconds, a standing quarter mile just 10.1 seconds and top speed is 194mph. Things have gone a little quiet from Nio of late, however, so we’ll have to wait to see if the car makes it to UK roads.
